About Family Fellowship Church

ourbeliefs

Family Fellowship Church is committed to the principles; Freedom, Unity, and Love. These key biblical principles are not used as a test of fellowship, but are simply meant to affirm our belief in key areas of biblical doctrine. We present this information as a framework to help unify our faith community under the authority of Christ and His Word, and to advance our efforts to communicate the Gospel of Jesus to the world.

We Believe

. . . in one God, eternally existent in three persons, the Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 12:28—31; and I John 5:7)

. . . that God the Father is the creator and ruler of the universe, perfect in holiness, infinite in wisdom, measureless in power, and full of love.

. . . that Jesus is the Son of God and that He became completely man. Conceived through the power of the Holy Spirit, He was born of the virgin Mary. Jesus Christ lived a sinless life on earth and paid for our sins by dying on the cross as a perfect sacrifice to take, upon Him, our punishment once and for all. His resurrection from the dead solidified our salvation and placed all authority in His hands. We believe in Jesus Christ as the only way to restore our relationship with God by accepting Him as our Lord and Savior, as He now sits at the right hand of God, interceding for the sins of those who love Him.

. . . that Jesus will return to earth at God’s designated time to judge the world and take all of those who have obeyed the Gospel back to heaven to be with Him forever. We believe that the gift of Heaven is not given to us because of any human effort on our part; it is only by God’s unmerited grace that we will live with Him for all of eternity. (John 14:1-3, Matthew 13:36-43, Hebrews 10:30, 2 Timothy 4:1, and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

. . . the Holy Spirit is received when someone believes and is baptized into Christ and He gives us the spiritual gifts, power, and ability to live a Christ-like life.

. . . that the Bible is God’s word written by inspired men, directed by God, and under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Our Mission:
Where individuals are awakened by the preaching and teaching of God’s Word, renewed through the confession of their sins and profession of faith in Jesus Christ, and adopted through baptism into the family of God to experience His divine love through our connection with the Holy Spirit and our fellowship with each other.

Our Vision:
A spiritually connected church with a fierce determination to serve God and families!
