Lead Pastor
Benjamin J. Hall, MTS
At the core of Pastor Hall’s leadership philosophy is the belief that genuine spiritual leadership is about serving, not being served. The foundation of Benjamin’s ministry is passionate service rooted in the prophet Micah’s mandate to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God. He was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Nancy Thompson and Gilbert Hall. He is named after his grandfather, the late Rev. Benjamin J. Hall who served as Pastor of First Baptist Church of Nelsonville, OH for nearly forty years. He currently resides in Canal Winchester with his beautiful wife of 24 years, the former Dana Harris, and they are the proud parents of an adult son, Jeremiah, and two teenagers, Hannah and Isaiah.
Pastor Hall was ordained as a Deacon in 1997 and served for twelve years in that office at Christ Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. In 2009, he was licensed into the Gospel Ministry by the Rev. Dr. Shedrick L. Fowler, and ordained by Dr. Fowler in 2013. He served as an Associate Minister for 4 years at Christ Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, where he was a member from 1997-2013. During his time at CMBC, he also served as General Superintendent of the Sunday School Ministry, President of Church Council and Assistant Director of the Board of Christian Education. In September 2013, Pastor Hall and his family joined Family Fellowship Church. He began serving as Family Life Pastor in January 2014 and Lead Pastor in September 2016.
Robert Clark
Associate Pastor Robert Clark III has been serving in church ministry since 1990. In 1994 he married Metiba Clark and they have 2 children, Atiya and Quincy.
Pastor Clark is the founding Senior Pastor of Family Fellowship Church; serving from 2008 - 2012. When founding the church Pastor Clark's initial focus was teaching on topics such as Women's Roles, Worship, Instruments, Fasting, Eldership, and several other topics.
He has a passion for teaching the Word of God. He is a gifted preacher and teacher who currently serves as the Teaching and Preaching Pastor at Family Fellowship Church.

M. Celeste Allen
Celeste is a child of God, who has devoted her life to serving in God’s kingdom. Throughout her life, she has remained committed to her heavenly father, with her greatest desire being to please Him.
She has always had a passion for helping others grow in life and in their relationship with Christ, so it was no surprise when she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Family Relations and Human Development from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Ministry Leadership from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. She loves organizing and making sure everything in God's Kingdom is executed with a spirit of excellence.
With more than 48 years of ministry experience in Christian Education, Missions, Youth and Adult Ministry, Celeste uses wisdom gained and guidance of the Holy Spirit to speak to the deep questions of faith that many people keep buried deep within. She is a member of the Leadership team at Family Fellowship Church in Gahanna, Ohio where she also serves as Executive Minister and Director of Christian Education.
Celeste enjoys spending time with family, friends and sitting on her porch enjoying the gift of nature God has provided.
